Eli McBride, RYT 500
Eli is one of our senior yoga teacher at the Zen Cove Studio. A native of the Pacific Northwest, Eli can usually be found on a trail among the trees. As a photographer and musician, she finds that her creative side blends well with the artistry of yoga.
A battle with chronic back pain led her to yoga as a way to take responsibility for her own health. Yoga helped her build strength, regain health and confidence, and also allowed her to find freedom from toxic patterns. Under the guidance of Dini Maharani, Eli earned her teaching certificate in 2018 and finishing her 500 hours in 2022, taking that knowledge to assist in teaching other new teachers in Indonesia shortly after. Eli aspires to balance shtira and sukha, strength and softness, in every class, encouraging students to look deeper into themselves and step fully into their freedom. Eli has been teaching workshops, trainings and retreats locally and internationally.
Brittni Milner, RYT 500
Brittni has always found herself drawn to yoga, dating all the way back to middle and high school. Yoga has given her a way to find peace of mind in the midst of a busy life. The stillness of yoga is what she strives to bring to each of her students. Brittni's passion for teaching lies in making yoga accessible to everyone, by allowing students to be challenged while still meeting the individual where he/she is that day. She teaches classes that are light-hearted and fun, all while creating a safe and comfortable environment that supports each individual's growth.
